El Burrito Loco

It all started when El Burrito Loco opened its door in early 2000 by the Hagedorn-Contreras family. Inspired by the owner’s mother, then deceased, Ana Hagedorn (owner) created El Burrito Loco from drawing the logo by hand to the menu. After all, to her, this creation was pretty much like a theatrical production, which is what she did in her life prior to the birth of her first child (Mariana, now 21). She believes that his restaurant is a team. Nothing would be possible without this teams hard work, dedication, and creativity. Our strong commitment is based on good hygiene, healthy guidelines and keeping us as authentic and genuine as in our own hometown Delicias, Chihuahua Mexico.
